Glytch Energy contains 225 mg of caffeine per serving. A healthy adult is recommended to not consume more than 400 mg of caffeine per day. So we’d recommend no more than 1 to 1 and half serving per day.
Start with half a scoop (half a serving), and later progress to 1 full scoop (1 serving), depending on how it affects you.
For a full serving, fill a shaker with 300-400 ml of water. Mix with 1 full scoop of Glytch Energy. Shake well, for 20-30 seconds. Enjoy! If you want half a serving, mix with around 200-250 ml of water instead.
Either drink before or during gaming sessions, and/or whenever you feel like you need some energy. Be mindful of the amount of caffeine you consume!

Smurf Juice have a very nice sour candy flavor that was really good.
So good so my gf even bought a tube of this one.

It tastes like those candy gummy worms coated with sour powder. To my taste it’s too sour, overpowering the blue raspberry taste beneath it.
Powder doesn’t mix well with water and makes the drink super foamy for some reason.
