Order completed means that the package has left the warehouse.

However the first days of travelling is for most countries a different shipping company. So your tracking will activate once the package is at the airport or arrives in your country.

Remember that you can use a third party tracking service (like 17track.net) or local post office with the same tracking code once the package is in your country.

When an order fails, either because you used a coupon code that wasn’t yours, wrong cvc or whatever – your bank still reserves the funds for the transaction. How long it takes to return is completely up to your bank (can be minutes, can be a couple of bank days).

Our eTail service is for most countries not a home delivery service.

The package is delivered to a service point for pickup. Your local post office will send a postal notice on where to pick it up.
