Use 1 scoop per serving.
Fill a shaker with between 450-500 ml of cold milk, or water. Mix with one scoop of Rogue Energy. Shake well, for 20-30 seconds. Enjoy!
Either drink before or during gaming sessions, and/or whenever you feel like you need some energy. Be mindful of the amount of caffeine you consume!

Defo one of my favorites! It has an amazing taste of the caramel but it can be a little weak unless you mix it with about 350 ml of mil. it can be pricey because you use milk depending on your country. other than that 10/10 both on smell and taste
