One serving contains 100 mg. So no more than 4 single-scoop servings per day, or 2 double-scoop servings.
1 scoop is 1 serving and per 250 ml of water. Increase or decrease the water amount to taste preference. For 2 servings, use around 500 ml and 2 scoops.

It is a bit too artificial for my taste, it’s not offensive, but other brands did the flavor a lot better. However, drinking it with sparkling water improves it quite a lot.

I didn’t like this flavour much, at first it tastes like artificial black cherry, and that is ok, but the aftertaste is too much sweet for my taste

taste a lot like dr. pepper cherry, but lacking the almond/marzipan thingy.. but still very good. but overly cherry-ish, not synthetic. not extremely strong in taste, just right. a very well rounded cherry flavored drink experience.
