The Hydration formula is a caffeine-free product that aims to hydrate and recover your body during the day. It is packed with electrolytes, N-Acetyl Tyrosine, and Vitamins D3, B3, B6 & B12.
1-2 servings per day. Safe to consume multiple times per day.
1 scoop per 450 ml of water. Increase or decrease the water amount to taste preference.
Fill a shaker with 450 ml (recommended) of cold water. Mix with one scoop of Rogue Hydration. Shake well, for 20-30 seconds.
Either drink before or after gaming sessions, and/or whenever you feel dehydrated or thirsty.

The flavour is exactly what it says on the tin, and it’s really good. As if that wasn’t enough, not even a little bit of the salty hydration formula is peeking through. Absolutely one of the best “true” hydration powders I’ve had. It also mixes well.

It as beaten my expectations as a strawberry bubblegum flavored drink. Totally nails that sweet aftertaste, similar to these strawberry flavored Orbit or Trient bubblegums. It worths getting one if you like strawberry a lot

Tastes really sweet and like bubblegum indeed. The pink one, not the blue one (like Sneak). Good alternative to the caffeine drinks.
