Rehydration drinks are safe to consume multiple times per day.
1 scoop = 1 serving. Ez pz.
First make sure to fill your shaker with 300-400 ml of water.
Empty a scoop (included in the tub) filled to the brim into the shaker.
Now it’s time to shake. Make sure you have closed the lid properly and have a firm grip on the shaker. Shake! Shake! Shake! for roughly 10-20 seconds or until you have a as lean as possible and fully dissolved mix.

Has a nice mix between the sweet blackberry and the sour lemonade. It doesn’t feel like it’s just a lemonade with a twist of blackberry or the other way around. The powder mixes well, and disguises the salt fairly well, but there is definitely a salty element to the flavour. All in all a solid flavour if you’re into naturally sour flavours.
