Delicato – Pärlboll (Pearlball)

Classic Swedish chocolate ball, but decorated with pearl sugar, instead of the classic coconut flakes. Without lactose in the recipe, and vegan friendly!

 

Ingredients:

Sugar, OAT FLAKES, vegetable oil (palm, shea, rapeseed), water, cocoa powder, salt, preservative (potassium sorbate), emulsifiers (vegetable E471, sunflower lecithin), flavor. May contain traces of MILK, EGGS, ALMONDS, and HAZELNUTS. RSPO-certified Palm Oil – Segregated.
