The Hydration formula is a caffeine-free product that aims to hydrate and recover your body during the day. It is packed with electrolytes, N-Acetyl Tyrosine, and Vitamins D3, B3, B6 & B12.
1-2 servings per day. Safe to consume multiple times per day.
1 scoop per 450 ml of water. Increase or decrease the water amount to taste preference.
Fill a shaker with 450 ml (recommended) of cold water. Mix with one scoop of Rogue Hydration. Shake well, for 20-30 seconds.
Either drink before or after gaming sessions, and/or whenever you feel dehydrated or thirsty.

This thing is very close to perfection for me. Flavour is very close to that initial bite on a Skittle; very sharp sour taste (in a good way) while staying sweet throughout. The flavour does fade quicker that the saltiness of the hydration formula, though, so it shifts quite a bit in the aftertaste, but for me it’s very well masked as a whole. As expected from Rogue, there’s no chalkiness to speak of.
