Shipping & Return Policy

Domestic Orders

GamerBulk can ship to street addresses within Sweden. Please make sure that you have provided the right address as we cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. The purchaser is responsible for providing with the correct address. Domestic Orders may take between 1-5 days to reach its destination.

EU Orders

EU-orders, once processed, is shipped with PostNord from Sweden within 1-5 business days. When the package reaches the purchasers country the distributor can be contracted to someone else at PostNord’s sole discretion (such as local carriers). International Orders may take up to 15 days to reach its destination. Packages are delivered to closest service point for pickup. You will receive a postal notice from your courier on where to pick it up. 

Once the package reaches your country, we cannot be held responsible for that package. If the package doesn’t reach you, we will make every attempt to help you reach your local carrier for further assistance.

These packages do not come with a toll-charge.

Other European Orders

Orders to European countries that are not within in the European Union are also processed and shipped with PostNord from Sweden within 1-5 business days. When the package reaches the purchasers country the distributor can be contracted to someone else at PostNord’s sole discretion (such as local carriers). Once the package reaches your country, we cannot be held responsible for that package. If the package doesn’t reach you, we will make every attempt to help you reach your local carrier for further assistance.

How the Tracking works

When you have placed an order, you will get a confirmation as soon as the package is sent from our distribution center. Approximately ~24 hours after the completion email is sent (i.e email that the package has left the warehouse) you will receive a tracking link via our Ongoing warehouse system (please check spam). This tracking code can be used at any universal tracking page such as https://17track.net/.

Tracking not activated?

Don’t worry. The tracking might take a couple of extra days for its first scan. The tracking starts at the airport in Copenhagen. Which means that the first days of tracking can be un-trackable depending on country you ship to. Please contact our support if your tracking has not activated after 7 business days from the day of shipment

 

Taxes & Duties

This paragraph is only applicable for international orders outside of the European Union.

We do NOT calculate or collect taxes and duties for you. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to pay any applicable taxes or duties and abide by any regulations. It is also the purchaser’s responsibility to make sure that the customs department permits shipment of products purchased. We cannot issue a refund if the package is seized by customs for any reason, if the package is not returned to us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the purchaser or if the package is marked “unclaimed”, we will notify you by email. You will then be refunded for the product minus shipping and handling (€2) for the returned product. If your order included free shipping the rate will be calculated based on normal shipping rate. 

Can I change information after I place an order?

We cannot change the shipping address or change items after an order have been placed. Attempt to cancel by contacting us. However we do not guarantee we’ll be able to change the order before shipment.

Returns

If you have not opened the container of the products you are allowed to send them back for a refund (within 60 days from purchase). Once the package arrives at GamerBulk warehouse you will be refunded for the product minus shipping and handling (€2) for the returned product.

Gift Cards

Gift cards expires after 3 years. The card can be either tied to an account or used in checkout by applying the code received. Lost gift cards are not replaced. 

SHIPPING TIMES

Processing time for orders is 1-3 business days (warehouse closed during weekends and holidays).

During normal order rates packages are usually sent the same or next day. Outer islands do not count to below shipping time.
